Qi-Gong for Health

Most people know about TaiChi (an ancient form of martial arts originally from the Far East) where you move your body in a particular way stringing together a sequence of movements to create 'a dance' better known as either 'long form' or 'short form'.

Qi-Gong (sometimes called Chi Kung) is different as one performs the individual movements and repeats them a number of times - therefore, no need to remember the sequence - no stress!!!

Qi-Gong is the grandfather of Chinese medicine and relates to TaiChi, Acupuncture and Reiki. Qi-Gong is a powerful yet gentle system of movement and breathing, performed in comfortable clothing whilst standing (or seated). It is an easy to follow combination of controlled breathing, focussed concentration, and simple movements to remove energy blocks and increase the flow of energy throughout your body. Free flowing Qi energy (pronounced 'chee', sometimes spelled 'chi') can heal and restore body functions.
